Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click on "Request Return" and provide the reason.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
5. Ship the item back using the prepaid return label provided.
6. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Downloadable software products
• Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
